Welcome to Jamory. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK) to use Jamory. By signing up you confirm you meet that requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@jamory.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of the audio recordings, photos, songs, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Jamory a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your band members.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload Your Content. If you cover a song, you remain responsible for any rights clearances required when sharing it publicly. Sharing within your private band is normally fine; publishing externally may require a licence depending on your jurisdiction.

5. Copyright and DMCA

If you believe content on Jamory infringes your copyright, contact dmca@jamory.app with the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact info, and a good-faith statement. We honor valid takedown notices and may terminate repeat infringers.

6. Pricing

Jamory is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or advertising in the future. Material pricing changes will be communicated by email and via in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. You may delete your account at any time before a paid change applies, in which case no charges will be made.

Existing free features may, in the future, be moved behind a paid tier. We will give notice as described above. Continued use of the service after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Service availability

Jamory is provided “as is” and “as available” during the beta period. We do our best to keep it running and protect your data, but we do not guarantee uptime, that the service will be error-free, or that data loss will never occur. Keep your own backups of any irreplaceable recordings.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is removed per the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamory and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profit, or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, during free beta, is zero).

10. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may add, change, or remove features, and may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
